  2. Once you have this it can be converted to muscle. Big guys will just need to focus on eating the right kinds of foods. Everyone should be eating carbohydrates, healthy fats and protein. You should be getting your protein from lean meats. These would include chicken, beef, and fish. Make an effort to eat one of these everyday.
